• Trading bot development
• NFT minting platform development
• Token landing page creation
• Smart contract development
• Technical consultation and support

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements and specifications
• Timely payment according to agreed terms
• Providing necessary access credentials and resources
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Proper use of delivered software and services

4. Payment Terms

Payment is typically structured as follows:

• 50% upfront payment to commence development
• 50% upon project completion and delivery
• Payments accepted in SOL, USDC, and other major cryptocurrencies
• Custom payment schedules available for enterprise clients

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive:

• Full source code ownership
• All project files and assets
• Rights to modify and distribute the delivered software

Web3 Rescue retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

IMPORTANT: Our services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding:

• Financial returns or profitability from trading bots
• Success of NFT launches or token sales
• Market performance or user adoption
• Compatibility with all third-party services

7. Limitation of Liability

CRITICAL: Web3 Rescue shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred from using our software
• Trading losses from automated bots
• Smart contract exploits or vulnerabilities (beyond our reasonable control)
• Third-party service failures or downtime
• Market volatility or cryptocurrency price fluctuations
• Regulatory changes affecting your project

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.

8. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Web3 Rescue harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Misuse of delivered software
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Infringement of third-party rights
• False or misleading information provided to us

9. Revisions and Support

Revision and support terms vary by package:

• Starter: 2 revisions, 30-day support
• Professional: 3 revisions, 60-day support
• Enterprise: Unlimited revisions, lifetime support

Revisions must be within the original project scope and requested within 30 days of delivery.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. In case of termination:

• Client pays for work completed to date
• Web3 Rescue delivers all work-in-progress files
• No refunds for completed work

11. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose sensitive information without explicit permission.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
